Scott has been with Pioneer Construction since 2015, and in the construction industry for over a decade.
With a background in Business Administration and has a bachelors degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University, Scott contributes to Pioneer Construction’s with critical thinking and financial guidance.
In his role as Vice President of Finance, Scott works closely with customers to ensure that their projects are completed on-time, within scope and on-budget. His analytical aptitude serves Pioneer Construction well to achieve its strategic goals while ensuring the satisfaction of its most demanding customers.
Before joining the construction industry, Scott was a flight officer in the United States Navy, serving honorably as a Navigation and Communications Officer on a P-3 Orion.
